The most harmful ever experienced by people in this world is oil scarcity and air pollution. Many countries are lack of oil and the air around the cities is polluted by many cars and others machinery transportations. Many solitions were made to overcome oil scarcity and air pollution yet not hitting the mark because they don't fix and solve the source of problem.

The source of problem of oil scarcity and air pollution in all over the world is caused by the rapid movement of people every day. People move very fast here and there every day using machinery transportations which use oil and cause air pollution.

The rapid movement of many people every day is caused by two of unrealistic thoughts of many. They are:

1. Going to school every day. You can imagine how many cars, buses, trains, and motorcycles people use to go to school every day, and imagine how much oil people need and how polluted the air caused is. People should not go to schoool to study and learn things. People should study and learn at home so that people can practice directly what they study and learn. By having some books, internet access,  laboratory, and the field, people can study and learn optimal. A father can guide his children to learn and invite a skillful expert to complete the skill of his children. Teacher/expert does move. Not children/students do. By studying at home, children can have a balanced theory with practice because children can have more time to practice. By this way, we prevent the greed of some people to start commercial school and prevent oil scarity and air pollution.
2. Going to work every day in another's company. You can imagine how many cars, buses, trains, and motorcycles people use to go to work every day, and imagine how much oil people need and how polluted the air caused is. People should not go to another's company to work. People should work in their own company so that they can teach, train, love, and care of his own family at once. By this way, we prevent the greed of some people to start commercial company and prevent oil scarity and air pollution.

I believe that all people wish good things to their descendants from generation to generation. They always hope that their next generations increase in number and quality. The improvement of next generations are built since their teenage years. But, whether our actions in leading teenagers have been realistic for them or not, is the big and important question.

If we honestly observe the condition of teenagers nowadays, then we can make a conclution that many teenagers are lost of direction. Unconciously, they are misled by many things in this world causing them disoriented, and run on unrealistic ways and reach for unrealistic dream. Many times they think that they have walked rightly, but their journeys of life  are ended with frustration, becoming slaves, getting drunk, drug addict, having free sex, smooking cigarettes, and so on.

So, how should we build a good generation? By buillding it since their childhood and teenage years. Building it must be applied continuously day by day. A teenager does need a true model in his life that he can not find at school and everywhere outside of home. A teenager can not find the true model at school and everywhere outside of home because a teenager finds different characters and teachings among his teachers and among people he is looking at outside which can cause confusion in a teenager's mental. A teenager should find a true model in his own real father. A father need to guide his children every day in the good way. A father must give true knowledges to his children day by day train his children to have skills according to the knowledges they have. A father need to filter all teachings and characters which a teenager get from outside of home and reexplain them to him. That is why a father need to have a wide insight.

Imagine if a father leaves home in the morning to work and come back at evening without being seen by his children. How can a father give a true model to his children in this way? And where do his chlidren get the true model from in this way? And also imagine if children leave to school in the morning and come back home at evening. How do they get a real model and how does their father give a true model to them? A father need to reconsider his job so that he can give a true model to his hildren while he is working. That is why I said that many teenagers are lost of diretion.

Starting and running your own business is realistic and urgent in order that you can share your skill, your knowledge, and your life to your children. And choosing a school where your children can have the balanced theory with practice is very important. Children don't need to waste their time at school where they can not get the balanced theory with practice. You can choose a short program of education where your children can find knowledge and skills to support the vision you have to your children.

ELOHIM GAVE A WOMAN TO ADAM. NOT A GROUP OF PEOPLE

It has been a tradition to most people to involve themselves to an organization/group or to some organizations/groups. Most people don't feel comfortable when they are not involved in some organizations (religion, custom tribalism, ect). People have various intention to join with a group such as gaining recognition, helps, protections, easiness, conveniences, and other services. Simply, people want to gain helps and easiness by joining with organizations. 

All organizations have their way to gather regularly by weekly, monthly, and annually such as holding certain meetings and ceremonies. And even certain organizations claim that the places they use to meet regularly are holy places (the truth is that all places are holy where we act holy/according to the instrutions of Elohim).

But, is it true that people do gain helps, protections, helps, easiness, and conveniences when they join with organizations? Let's check whether people do gain them when they join with organizations.

In some cases and moments, of course people can gain some easiness when people join with organizations. But when we count detailly, we will see that we gain most losses and disadvantages when we join with organizations. When we count our cost to visit them weekly, monthly, and annually, it is a very big cost. Also if we continue counting our energies to visit them, and how much time we spend to visit and follow all programs and events which the organizations hold. We gain the most losses and disadvantages if we compare with the helps and easinesses we gain from those organizations.

When Elohim (The Ruler and the Creator of all universe, His name is YaHoWaH) saw that Adam (the first man created by Elohim) Adam needed a helper, Elohim did not give a group of people in some organizations, but He gave the only woman-Hawa to him. Adam surely perfomed great works with Hawa, his helper. We can imagine how big and large Eden Garden where Elohim placed Adam and Hawa was, yet, Adam and Hawa were able to manage the garden.

With a woman beside a man, they can work hand by hand to achieve great things. With patience, and with looking at the great potency and power within a man with his woman, they can perform and achieve great things without looking for helps from some organizations around the world. If every man with his woman act this way continuously, then all men around the world will gain the real maturity in mental and in economic. And in the end, there will be prosperity in all around the world.

In this not, I don't mean against cooperating with other people. But what I mean that if every man with his woman reach and gain maturity both mentally and economically, then there will be  a good harmony among people because one don't come to another to always ask for helps anymore, but one will come to another to discuss and love each other to reach the better things together. By this way, there is interdependent with others, not dependent with others.

Consciously or not, most people tend to dependent to others instead of interdependent. It is caused by the lack of ability among people. If we depend on organizations, we can not explore our abilities anymore because we are used to looking for others' in organizations. Interdependent with others is the best way because by this way our relationship with others is built based on each's maturity.

We can find the true facts that according to the Word of Elohim, we know where the first woman, Hawa was from. She was taken from the rib of the first man, Adam. And her gens which were from Adam are derived hereditarily down through generations forever. And she was given to Adam to help Adam in his abundance of everything in his landscape, Eden Garden.

From the facts above we can understand that the real need of women is sufficiency. Hawa was not given to Adam in the condition of Adam's lack, but in the condition of Adam's abundance. And the real role of women is helping men. Hawa was given to Adam to help Adam in his landscape, Eden Garden. Elohim knows exactly where a man can find the real help daily and perfectly. A man can find the real help daily and perfectly from a woman.

But the real facts of woman and man above are very contrary with the facts nowadays.We can see nowadays that every man is not seriously prepare his own landscape where he can accomodate the real need of woman and the realistic role of woman. As the result of man's lack and weakness, women find their needs and landscape by their ways. It is not in accordance with the will of Elohim if women find their needs by themselves and build their own landscape. When women act and do inappropriate, we can se the result as we see nowadays that many women are lost. They are frustrated when they don't find their needs, they go everywhere to find their needs, women are not strong enough to face some challenges and temptations, even they do the evil things to find their need such as adultary, harlotry, and prostitution. And as men can not act and do acording to their real role, many women dishonor their men and many couples are not happy at home and ended with divorce.

The solution is that every man must understand his realistic role, and to start learning and working seriously in order that he can prepare his own landscape, fulfil the needs of every woman in his own landscape and accomodate the role of every woman in his landscape. Fulfiling the needs of every woman in his own landscape and accomodating the role of every woman in his landscape does not always mean to have them as wifes, but to love and care of them. I understand that sometimes this world system does not support this way that many men spend their time too much at school unefficient cousing many men can not start their own landscape seriously. Spending time unefficiently at school causes many men look for job in others' companies to fulfill their needs, and even many men are jobless. Working in others' companies will cause disharmony in family because a father/man can not care fully of his women and all his family. We need to find the true system of education so that we can have the balanced theory with practice to support us starting our own landscape.

A school must be a place where a student learns and practices. Not be a place of wasting time and money.

Our life is short. only around 70-80 years. When talking about school we must consider about effectiveness and efficiency. Nowadays most people spend their times for decades in school. But with that long time, how about effectiveness? I generally see that most schools world wide are not effective compared with the long time of studying. Why? because most school don't run realistic.

Why most schools are not effective is because most schools are still oriented to theory and certificate/diploma which are not realistic for a student to be skillful. We get effectiveness by practice. Theory and practice must be balanced. Theory and practice will be in balance when we spend more of our time in practice than in theory. Then, this is realistic. That is why most discoveries in medical, telecommunication, automotive, farm, and agriculture technology are found in the workplace. When we practice, we will convince theories through and into our skill, and even through practice we can find some new discoveries.

Considering effectiveness and efficiency, many people start home schooling program nowadays. In my opinion, it is a better choice  and more realistic if they are done and run by expert teachers in their parts.

For the efficiency and the effectiveness of school, we must consider where the school is and what students learn in that school. It must be applied in every level/ladder of school. A school in village where there are large of lands to do farm and agriculture should focus to learn about farm and agriculture and that school must prepare a large of land where students can directly practice what they learn by theory with the guidance of an expert teacher. But a school in city where there are many kinds of factories of technology and where there are many markets should focus to learn how to make something and directly practice it in certain factory with the guidance of an expert teacher, or focus to learn about market of how to distribute or sell some products professionally. By this way, there will be exchange students from city to village and from the village  to city. And by this way, people no more gather all in cities, but there is balance. And it is realistic to do and run nowadays.

Being Happy with Farm and Agriculture

Yes, we must live realistic with farm and agriculture. Why? Because people need food to eat. Food is the basic need of human being. And even YHWH-YaHoWaH Elohim, The Creator of all universe commanded human being to have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps over the earth (Genesis :26), as a conviction that we need to have skill in farm and agriculture and understand that doing farm and agriculture is a kind of great mission.

                                      

Many people ignore the reality to do farm and agriculture that even many villagers who study in their villages and who have had the basic skill to farm from their forefather, poison themselves with wishful thinking and ideals such as being a doctor, pilot, astronaut, president, and so on, and so on, which are difficult and not realistic for them to reach them and which cause them forget to improve their ability in farm and agriculture. It is unfortunate that they will be frustrated in the end when they will not be able to reach their wishful thought and ideals after wasting their finances and time in school instead of using their opportunity to produce by farm and agriculture since their youth. Of course I am not against the idea of becoming a doctor, a pilot, an astronaut, and president, but I mean that they can learn about them while working in farm and agriculture as they have been capable to reach them as a necessity or hobby and not as an excessive ambition.

When people experience farm and agriculture as an delight job, they will improve their skill and ability to farm effectively to enjoy realistic life, and at once people will no more gather in cities wasting their time to reach their excessive ambition, but will have a balance of population between city and village.

Our job is where we express our life.There we pour all what we have learnt and apply what we are learning and inspiring.  It means that our job means  so much to our present time and our future time.

Understanding it's importances, we should consider the impact of our job to at least to our family, finance, and improvement.

1. The impact of our job to our family.

No doubt that every body loves their family. Even they work to supply family's needs. Beside that, we need to consider the harmony of our family relating to our job. I mean that our job must not separate our family. If a father leaves his family in the morning and back in the evening, of course it is not good to the harmony of our family. A job must not separate our family. Therefore, choosing a job is also thinking of how to beatify our family not only financially, but also togetherness. In my opinion, starting our own business is absolute to fill the need of finance and the need of togetherness with family. It is realistic. No matter how simple the business at first, I believe it will be great in the end if we run the business seriously.

2. The impact of our job to our finance.

As our family is growing, our need of finance is also increasing. It means that we must be creative in our job. But does the institution you work do limit your creativeness? If yes, of course it will impact to your income. Your income will be stuck while in the same time you need to increase your income as your family's demand. You will be free to be creative if you start your own business. Yes, starting your own business is the best choice to be creative and will increase your income of finance further, and for a realistic life.

3. The impact of our job to our improvement.

I mean here is not only the improvement in finance, but the improvement in all things. Especially skills. When we work in other's company, we will be ordered to do and run certain things which of course will limit our improvement of skill in large devices. And when we face difficulties, we can not have it fully to ourselves as a kind of lesson to our future, but to the company where we work. So, starting and running our own business is the best choice of job to improve our skill in both difficult time and in good time  for our realistic life.

Living Realistic with A Harmonious Family

Having a harmonious family is something longed for by every body. But having no vision and having no understanding of how to make a harmonious family will make us circling in the wrong way of family's journey. We must have realistic actions to make a harmonious family.  

Our vision and our understanding of our family is build since our childhood with our parents and siblings, and build by our school environment with subjects we learn in it. But unfortunately, our parent did not always show the true examples of what our family will be, and our school environment with subject we learn in it did not wholly teach us the right way to build our own family. Mostly we don't get the realistic.

The most important and realistic thing we must do and apply in our own family is togetherness with the whole member of family as often as possible. For by this way, we as a father can impart our love and examples to wife and children. But, it is contrary with the teaching of some parents to their children that many parents still order their children to study at school and then after graduation, work in a big company which is not theirs. And most schools prepare students to work in other's company, not to establish their own company instead. Of course, by working in other's company will separate a family's members which influences one's family's harmony.

Our own family is the most asset in our lives. Therefore, it is wise to reconsider what we have learnt from our school and what our parent have given us the examples and advises. Every man should start his own business in order that his own family can gather to do and run the business together. By this way, a father can influence his family by his words and by his actions for the sake of the mental and skill of all children. This way is realistic

The stability of the mental of children is very important for their future. Most kids have no stable mental because they separate from their father mostly. And most kids have no basic and strong skill as a great capital for their future. Togetherness is a way to prepare children both mental and skill in order that they think and realistic in their future.

I believe that every smoker finally will realize the bad effects of smoking cigarettes. And once will regret their habit. But as they have been addicted, they are very difficult to stop smoking.

Here are some ways to stop smoking I did as I used to smoke and as I was a cigarette addict for about 10 years:

1. Have a serious intention and determination to stop smoking.

First of all we must have a serious intention and determination to stop smoking. Without it. It is immpossible to stop smoking.

Relating to intention and determination to stop smoking, It is good to be followed by fasting. Fasting is a very great way to stop some kinds of bad habits. Fasting here means to control one's desire  to not consume any kinds of food  and drink  for certain days of free days. What we do during fasting is just resting in the bed or somewhere while building your strong mental by praying. Strong mental is related with a real man. A real man should be able to do and reach what he desires to have especially having good habits, and should be able to stop what he regret such as bad habits. 2. Join with men/institutions that forbid to smoke.

A cigarette addict is bond with cigarette. It is the fact. So, we must be separated from that bond and bind ourselves to a new bond. After we decide to stop smoking, we need to find a group or a man that forbids smoking. We must force ourselves to leave smoking habit and start nonsmoking habit by joining a nonsmoker or nonsmoking area/group/institution. In my case, I joined with a certain congregation where were not allowed to smoke. The fact is very hard at first, but as the time goes on, we start conforming to the new habit and start forgetting our bad habit while our body is releasing toxin from our body which effects our body to addict.

3. Enjoy your free cigarette, and never turn back.

After following the first and the second tips, I believe you can win and stop smoking. After you have stpopped smoking, It is important to focus on your new habit as a nonsmoker and never turning back. There will be some temptetions in your post stop smoking such as smelling another's cigarettes and having dream when bed time. But as we focus on your new habit as a nonsmoker, I believe you can stand.

4. Realize that you have invested invaluable cost as you stop smoking.

Having a healthy body and not wasting money to buy cigarette for years forward is the invaluable investation ever in your life.You can imagine how happy your life is and how comfort you are by not being urged to by cigarette and by having a healthy body.

Living Realistic with True Faith

LIVING REALISTIC WITH TRUE FAITH

Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Having true faith is very important for our effective lives and for a realistic life. But having false faith is wasting time and leading our lives to  error. When I studied in school, I used to love mathematics which needs to master some real formulas to get the real answer of its question. Following some formulas is needed to get the true result. If not, of course will be error. As I did so, I used to always get the best grade in my class regarding mathematics. Yes, following the true and realistic formulas is needed to get the best result.

Just the same in faith, we need to seek the true formula and realistic foundation of our faith. There are may religions which offer their formulas of faith. As a wise man, we must be wise and careful to search from the best source of faith for ourselves. We personally has responsibility regarding faith. Not by group. Every person must search personally from the best source of faith, not depend on another person with his pride position in the temple. As many persons have the same faith, then it is no problem to assemble together to encourage one another and to worship and praise together. 

YaHoWaH Elohim/God, the Creator of all universe had given Torah to Mose as the True and realistic Formulas of our faith. He had taught Mose of how a man interacts with Elohim and with human being. He told His name-YHWH-YaHoWaH, He taught us to worship Him alone, He taught the importance of keeping Shabbat days, He taught to honor our parents, not to steal, not to murder, not to commit adultery, not to testify lies, not to wish other's, which mammals we can eat, which fish we can eat, which bird we can eat, how we treat sinner, and so on and so on. Unfortunately, many religions reduce from Torah of YaHoWaH Elohim, and add to it. Adding to Torah and reducing from it will bring errors to our lives. Yeshua The Messiah who was sent by Elohim to Israel had taught about Torah seriously and fully to be the foundation of our faith. Even Yeshua said that every body who hears and commits His teaching will be like a wise man who builds his house on the rock, but who does not hear and commit His teaching will be like a fool man who builds his house on the sand where a house can not stand stably. Having no true and realistic   foundation of faith is just the same as building a house on the sand.

Stand and walk on the True and Realistic Faith! Yes, stand on it and walk on it for this way is living realistic and not living in illusion.

Keep strong with Torah of YaHoWaH as a real foundation of our faith, and keep living realistic with true faith.
